Promotions Feature
This feature allows you to create and customise different types of deals or discounts to capture different markets.
  1. GEO Discount > Offer specials to guests based on geographical location. A way to attract local guests or visitors from specific regions.
  2. Multi Night > Encourage guest to book and stay multiple consecutive nights. A bigger discount for longer stays. Rates are dynamically calculated based on number of nights.
  3. Advance Purchase > For the potential guests who prefers to book ahead. This helps to secure bookings well in advance.
  4. Last-Minute Deal > A great way to attract spontaneous travellers and fill up any remaining rooms.
  5. Mobile > Discount provided to guests who books through a mobile device. This is aimed at encouraging mobile bookings and catering to the growing number of travellers who prefer to make reservations using their mobile devices.
  6. Discount Per Stay > For a special promotion where a booker is provided with a fixed value discount for the whole stay.

Promo Code Feature

A promo code is a unique code that a customer can enter during the booking process to receive a specific discount, promotional offer for a specific period.

As an example, you can use this feature for marketing campaigns, promotions, corporate rate, special offers.

In this module, you can also create ‘Member Rate’

What is ‘Member Rate’?

You can set up ‘Member Rate’ and offer to all customers visiting your booking engine. It is a tool to attract bookers.

The booker just needs to click on ‘Member Rate’, enter an email address and accept terms to receive a discount (Based on your setup).



Add-Ons Feature

Add-ons are additional products, services or amenities that a customer can purchase with their room reservation. Add-ons can range from simple services like breakfast, special cake on arrival to airport transfers.

  14. Disable 'Subscribe Newsletter: By Default, On The Booking Confirmation Page, Guests Can Indicated If They Wish To Receive Newsletter
  15. Enable 'Address': By Default, Guest Address Is Not Collected At Time Of Booking
  16. Fees: Option To Setup Required Fees At Room Level
  17. Get Google Google Translation: Language Convertor On Booking Engine
