The 'Free Night' setting is now accessible as a rule applicable to a rate plan, offering two variations. 'Free Night' and 'Flexi Free Night'.

Free Night:

You can elevate your guest experience by providing a complimentary night for every stay lasting more than one night. For instance, if a guest books for 3 nights, they only pay for 2. This enticing offer not only adds value to the guest's experience but also acts as an incentive for longer stays.

Flexi Free Night:

Take control of your promotions with the 'Flexi Free Night' setting. Here, the complimentary night(s) are provided in blocks based on the configured minimum night requirement. For example, if the minimum night requirement is set to 2 and a guest books for 4 nights, they receive 2 complimentary nights. This flexibility allows you to tailor your offers, encouraging guests to book extended stays.

Both features incentivize longer stays, making them attractive options for properties looking to optimise occupancy rates and offer value-driven promotions to their guests.

How to add ‘Free Night’ rule (Within the Rate Plan)

• MyBookingSite Wizard > Rate Plans > Edit.
• Select ‘Free Night’.
