The Su Booking Engine supports Optional Extras (Addons), enabling properties to enhance their revenue streams by offering supplementary services that guests can conveniently purchase alongside their room booking. What is Mandatory Addon? 

Though it is an addon on top of the room rate, it is a compulsory additional service or fee that must be included with the booking. When an addon is mandatory, the cost is automatically included in the overall cost of the booking.

Some common mandatory addons:
  1. Cleaning Fees
  2. Linen Fees
  3. Resort Fees
  4. Environmental or Sustainability Fees
  5. Administration Fees

Mandatory Addon – How To Configure?

  1. MyBookingSite Wizard > Addons
  2. Check the box for ‘Mandatory Addons’
  3. Option to apply rule to specific room type. By default, the flag will be enabled for all room types.
  4. Option to apply rule to specific rate plan. You can exclude a rate plan by checking box
  5. Save
