How To Use The Global User Module?

The Global User feature allows you to create access to extranet for team members or a property. You can assign specific properties to the user.

  • Allows partner to create multiple users for team members to access extranet
  • Allows partner to create access to extranet for a property 
  • Allows partner to assign specific listing(s) to a user

How To Create A Global User?

On HOME page > Global Users > + (Add)



  1. Enter the user’s name
  2. Enter the user’s email address (This will be used for login)
  3. Enter country code (Telephone country code)
  4. Enter phone number without country code
  5. Assign property(s) / listing(s). You can select multiple listings 
  6. Save changes >An email is triggered to the user with a link to set password and access key


  1. Click on ‘SET PASSWORD’, the below window will pop up

  1. Reset both password and access key
  2. Save changes

What Is The ‘Access Key’ For?

User requires an access key to view bookings, retrieve credit card details via the bookings module.

How To Change Global User Access Key And/ Or Password?

  • You can change/ reset password and access key for a property
  • Global Users module > ‘eye’ icon


Click on ‘CHANGE’ to reset password and/ or access key. An email will be triggered to registered user with reset password/ access link.

A user can also change/ reset their own password and access key. Login to extranet > Setting on top right of page > Select require option - Change Access Key/ Password.

  1. On login defaulted to first property on list
  2. Click on icon (Top right)


  1. Pop up with list of properties linked to the user
  2. Select property to view > SWITCH
