Process To Connect With Expedia
An email will be triggered from Expedia confirming the connection. The email will contain instructions and next steps to complete the setup process.
Once the channel manager provider is set, you can proceed to complete channel mapping and start managing Expedia via Su channel manager.
A New Customer:
List your property on Expedia for free.
Click on List your Property.
Select Accommodation Type by clicking on either Lodging or Private Residence.
Follow the prompts:
Introduce yourself (5 minutes on average): Property address, property type, number of individual spaces that can be booked at each property, contact details for ongoing correspondence.
Sign up (5 – 10 minutes on average): Next, Expedia will send you an email to verify your account and ask you to sign into Expedia secure platform. From there you can review Expedia standard business terms. Including the compensation percentage and ways to get paid. Have any tax and regulatory information ready if required by your local government.
Create your listing (20-30 minutes on average): Describe your property. You will be prompted to add the details travellers want to know about the rooms, grounds and amenities your offer. Have property information and images ready.
Upon completion of your profile, it will undergo a verification process by Expedia’s validation system.
Once Expedia confirms registration is completed and ready to go live, proceed to complete channel mapping and start managing Expedia via Su.
Expedia property ID is required for mapping via Su channel manager.
