An Existing Customer On Airbnb (Changing connectivity provider):

1. Initiate mapping from Su channel manager.

2. Follow prompts and a guide is available.

3. You need your Airbnb credentials as you will be required to login to your Airbnb account.

4. Confirm to allow connection with OTASwitch and accept terms and conditions.

5. Complete the full mapping requirements and submit.

A New Customer:

1. You do not need to register separately with Airbnb.

2. Initiate mapping from Su channel manager.

3. Follow prompts and a guide is available.

4. You will see option to ‘Sign up’

5. Confirm to allow connection with OTASwitch and accept terms and conditions.

6. Complete the full mapping requirements and submit.
